When I was born 32 years ago, I knew I was different. I was born a 12 LBS baby, and it wasn’t cause I was large in total physical size. I was born with a rather large penis that forced my parents into the textile industry due to the lack of clothing created for babies with my ailment. Growing up was tough, as many did not understand my problems. Walking on the school grounds bumping into kids with this rather large item coming from the center of my hips did not make for the best social situations. I would have to be allowed out of class early before lunch would start as too not offend the other kids by bumping them standing in line. It was tough cause kids can be cruel. When High School came, I was more like a freak then a human. My friends would ask me to pull out my penis during parties while all the girls mocked and laughed. It wasn’t till I was 17 when I volunteered for a blind camp that I was able to have my first kiss. She was standing on stage, as I did not want her to stand to close to me to feel my issue. College wasn’t easy either. Every time I would meet a girl, they would find out through someone that I had this family member. It was hard to discuss cause all I wanted to be known for was my personality. In fact college made me rather depressed. I went to 4 universities on both coasts till I found the best place for me. It was CSUN or Cal State Northridge. For those of you that do not know, Northridge is in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, a suburb in Los Angeles. It is also the capital of Porno for the entire world. When I walked into my first audition I knew this was the industry for me. I may have been the largest in the room, but not by much. All of the women understood and never looked at me oddly. I was excepted. This was a first for me of many situations that has allowed me to be fully comfortable with my size. While at university a professor advised me, after a night of “getting to know” each other, to read this book. “How to live with a huge penis” has helped me focus on the things that really matter in life, how to be able to use this massive size to my advantage. By chapter 4 I knew that I was taking the correct path, as in chapter the book advises to enter Porn. Now I am at the AVN awards every year, with three women who have virgins that look like a Wizards Sleeve… Buy this book!

A Book that Understands my plith
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010In a word: Outstanding!
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010Where to begin? First thing that jumps out right away is the quality of the photography. Absolutely incredible. Next, the number of variations of well-known exercises is unbelievable (just the push-up variations alone are worth the cost of this book). I have been scouring the web for over a year looking for new ways to challenge myself in the gym. There are variations detailed in this book I have not seen anywhere else. This book is so comprehensive, I know I will learn something new every time I pick it up. The sheer volume of exercises shown in this book will keep me busy for quite some time.
My only regret is that I didn’t pre-order the women’s version as well. That will be my next Amazon purchase. I am over the moon with this book and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for new ways to push themselves in the gym. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
I think this would make a great gift for a personal trainer. What a wonderful resource for them to be able to continue to challenge their clients in new ways.
Boost your gains with the help of this book
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010While the photography isn’t the most important thing in a book, it is of keen value in a book of this type. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with what you see in the way of photos that fully explain the exercises. They’re most effective.
You’ll also find a large variation of popular exercises that have been around forever and remain valuable. You’ll even see the old push-up fully explained. And there’s no better exercise than that. But, you’ll also find some lesser-used exercises that can be very effective.
The author also discusses using the Swiss ball and the medicine ball for core exercises.
Actually, the number of exercises in this book is astounding. And knowing how to adjust your grip to hit different parts of a muscle is great knowledge.
In truth, most of this information is not new. But it is presented in a very effective way that can help you regain any losses you’ve had and to boost your gains.
Highly recommended.

These workouts will kick your butt
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010Try doing the 2nd set of exercises for Crowded Gyms and see if you don’t burn 775 or 820 calories at a pop. That’s what happened to me AND you’ll use muscles you’ve never used. I was sore for 3 days after and was so remotivated to workout again after years of having a blah time working out. There are so many varieties of workouts, it’s worth buying the book just for the stimulation..workouts for: ultimate weight loss; crowded gyms; beach body; wedding day; bodyweight; Sparactus (movie), etc. I’ve tried the Crowded Gym and Spartacus. I love them both, and both burn tons of calories, and you’ll have fun doing it, although you’ll be so beat up after, you’ll barely be able to stand. But it’s all good. You’ll also love the hundreds and hundreds of exercises with great instructions and pictures detailing the exact position of moves. I great great resource applying the latest workout science.
Worth every penny. Must buy for anyone
Tuesday, June 1st, 2010I recently bought a pair of adjustable dumbbells and a weight bench. I also bought a few other equipment like pull up bar, swiss ball and wanted to know where and how to get started. This book exactly meets my requirements. It clearly lays out all the different exercises for various muscles, gives the latest information from research, shows all the exercises and their variations ( some times more than 8-10) with very clear and very high quality photographs.
It also groups all these exercises into various workouts designed by expert professionals to address specific goals like fat loss, muscle building, sports/athlete training, etc.
It also speaks about the latest in cardio workouts like HIIT, finishing of strength workouts with brief but killer cardio workouts. This books though does not assume you have access to a gym or machines. Most of the exercises shown are designed to be used with free weights ( dumbbells, barbells ). some of the variations ask for bosu ball, cable row etc but are completely optional.
Latest information regarding nutrition too is mentioned. A couple of workouts I have seen so far are also accompanied with a nutrition plan.
All in all, an EXCELLENT book for anyone working out at home or even with a gym membership. I am sure even people working out for a long time can pick a lot of good advice from this book.
